Achievement First is a growing network of nonprofit, high-performing, college-preparatory, K public charter schools in Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. Achievement First believes that all children, regardless of race or economic status, can succeed if they have access to a great education.
Achievement First schools provide all students with the academic and character skills they need to graduate from top colleges, succeed in a competitive world, and serve as the next generation of leaders in their communities. With the opening of four new sites in , Achievement First now serves 11, students in K across three states, five cities, and 32 schools.
Over the next five years, Achievement First plans to open 10 to 15 additional schools, spanning the full K spectrum and creating college-prep opportunities for more than 12, urban students.
